RETURN POLICY:

Due to our products being hand-made, we cannot offer returns.

EXCHANGE FOR A NEW SIZE:

Need to swap for a different size? Rest assured, we offer size exchanges! Email us at shopraveandrage.com with your order number and indicate you need a size exchange in the subject line.

Please Note:

✰ To qualify for a size exchange, request must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery. After the 7 business day mark, your order will no longer be considered for an exchange.

✰ Due to limited availability, we may be unable to process an exchange if the style or fabric for your item is sold out.

✰ Customers are responsible for shipping the item for exchange, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you.

✰ All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original hang tags. Ensure that your items are free of makeup, deodorant, and hygiene stains prior to shipping to avoid a return rejection.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours from when the order was placed. If your order has already being processing or has been sent out we can no longer cancel your order.

If you need to update the shipping address on your order or have accidentally ordered the wrong item or size- please email info@shopraveandrage.com right away! Include the full name on the order, order #, and the details.

 

ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?

If there is a mistake with your order- please email us right away with full name, order number, issue explanations, and photos to info@shopraveandrage.com! We are happy to resolve any issues or wrong doings on our behalf (ex: Wrong item/size received, missing item, quality issue, etc).
